problems running the autocad student version on my mac

hi,

i downloaded and installed the mac student version of autocad and for some reason i cant get it working - once i try to run it - it does not respond.

i tried downloading both the 2013 and the 2012 versions and no response 😞

need to get it running as quick as possible.

Have you read this:

All Autodesk 2013 products crash on startup (Mac OSX 10.7.4 Lion)

Maybe you have the same problem?

i tried installing the program after removing the location of the flex files and still could not get the autocad started..

any other suggestions?

What do you see in Console System log during AutoCAD launch?
