Where is Block Authoring Palette in 2013????

After issuing bedit command and selecting block to edit or typing new name the block editor opens..... 

 

Where is Block Authoring Palette in 2013????

 

I want to make dynamic block...


But i couldnt find Block Authoring Palette to parameters...Actions....

 

Does  Mac2013 version have that palatte????

Anyone can make sure?

Dynamic Block authoring not available in AutoCAD for Mac (since initial 2011 release).Smiley Sad
