Survey Points Text Size

Hi,

I have an autocad file with survey data and I want to decrease the text size of these points. I managed to do so by a rather unorthodox way: I select all these points and I change the x y geometry properties. However there must be a more sophisticated way for bulk attribute changes. Could someone please advice?
