My drawing is set up to use named plot style tables. Acadlt.stb is chosen as the plot style table. I edited Acadlt.stb, adding several plot styles to the default one of Normal. See attached .jpg. In the layers manager, the added plot styles are not available to be assigned to layers- only Normal is available- see attached .jpg. Why is this?

Hi,
What version of AutoCAD LT do you have?
There was such a bug in AC LT 2012 and maybe in initial release of AC LT 2013.
Have you tried this:
- Ensure that you assigned Plot style to Model or to the Layout
- Select layer in Layers palette
- in Properties palette select Layer properties (at the top of palette, just under palette title)
- you will see the properties of the layer selected in the Layers palette
- try to open Plot Style drop-down list: do you see all plot styles you added to current plot style?
- if yes - you should be able to set plot style for selected layer here.

Thanks Maxim- that worked. I am able to assign plot styles to layers through the Properties Inspector. Once I've done that, I can also then assign plot styles from the Layers palette. So it's a bit buggy, but your solution overcomes the bugginess.
