Missing layers palette

Hi, I've had the student version of AutoCAD for Mac 2012 for a while now and a few days ago the layers palette wouldn't appear when I went to open it.

Does anyone have any idea what is happening/how to fix it? Any advice would be super helpful!!

Cheers

🙂

To be more clear - I went  to the Windows tab on the Menubar and there is no reset palette option there. ??
