Measure Distance

How do I get these pop up windows activated?  As of now when I use the Measuregeom, nothing appears when I specify points.

Hi,

Check whether Dynamic Input is ON:

How do I make a the specific lineweight for a door of 1.5 when only 1.4 or 1.58 options are offered in the properties?

Also, I cannot seem to find where I originally made a new post.  Where is that in autodesk?

Thanks.

Hi,

you can not edit standard lineweights as object properties, i.e. lineweights you can assign to AutoCAD objects or to the Layers in Properties palette.

But you can edit lineweights in Plot Style Table editor (which you can load from Page Setup dialog or from Menu Format->Plot Style):

As about new message, here is the button:

How do I launch a command for an angle, radius or dimension on Autucad Mac?

Hi,

This can be done in many ways, for example from Dimension menu:

Or from ToolSets palette - switch to Annotation tab, then:

Hi Maxim,

You have always come through for me in the past. I am hoping that you can help me.

I have posted a couple of questions today and did not get the information that I needed to complete may assignment for my class. We were on a PC in class and then I come home and try to translate to my MAC and sometimes run into difficulty like I am today.

I am working on a MAC. If I want to set up my paper size to print at 30"x 42", what do I put in paper size box? In the offset Printable Area, do I select "center on page?" One more thing, this is all to be put into a pdf to bring to a printer.

If I want to set certain colors to have certain line weights, what is the mm amount for single, double and triple line weights. Also, if I want to have a color appear 50% lighter? I need to manage plot style, set up pen settings, assign line weights to color and create a pdf to bring to a printer.

Thank-you so much.
