Inch/Millimeter issues in Plot Style Table Editor

In the Plot Style Table Editor there is an "Edit Lineweights..." option in the lineweight dropdown menu.  Within the Edit Lineweights dialog box there is a radio button that lets you choose between inches and millimeters for the lineweights, but it doesn't seem to do anything when I select inches, the weights in the editable list always display in millimeters.

What is this radio button for, and how do I use it?  I would rather enter my lineweights in inches.

Yes, you are right. It seems that this feature doesn't work in Plot Style editor.

Have you figured out a way to fix this? 

I am in the process of converting my office from windows to mac with AutoCAD and am trying to work out the kinks. If you have any helpful tips, please seend them my way.

This problem still hasn't been fixed.

Nothing happens when you check the inches box.

It is important to be able to enter lineweights in inches for some laser operations.
