How Do I repeat an action in Autocad 2013 for MAC

We use Autocad for PC in school, but I have not been able to figure out how to get my MAC to repeat an acion, like Trim or Xline. On the PC, I just right click, but when I try to hit control +Rt click (I don't have he 2-sided apple mouse), I get nothing.  I have been taking my class for about 6 weeks, but instructor only knows PC and I would ike to work faster at home. The info on the AutoCad site seems to address the PC or a different version. Thanks for any assistance.

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums!

Hi Sonya,

Do you have one button mouse?

Have you tried to check-mark "Enable quick secondary click as return key" option on "General" tab of AutoCAD Application Preferences dialog (Menu AutoCAD -> Preferences)?

Maxim

Hi Maxim. I do have a one-button mouse. I changed the setting as you indicated, but it still does not seem to work. Of course, it could just be me, but when I tried to do a quick click after doing a trim, it selects a line with the square blue grips.

It seems in order to use secondary click you need to get at least
two-button mouse.
What model is your current mouse?
Is it Apple Magic mouse? If so, you need to "activate" secondary mouse
button in Mac OS System Preferences, than try to use it in AutoCAD.

if you press spacebar, then select the point in which you want it placed then hit spacebar again, it should work that way as long as it is the last action you did.
