I previously had the 2013 student version working fine....but then I upgraded to Mavericks (stupid decision!) and then it wouldn't open....so I downloaded the 2014 and it downloaded fine and accepted the serial and product key numbers but it just won't open.....just sits there saying it opening but nothing happens. Neither one will now open. I am a very mature aged student and a complete novice at AutoCAD but need to get up to scratch quickly for a uni course but i can't even figure out how to open it now! I can see lots of other topics along similar lines but haven't been able to figure out what to do. Thanks, Lisa
