Seems it still doesn't support saving files to WebDAV server (HTTP protocol). This problem was already discussed here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-for-Mac-General/Problem-accessing-saving-files-via-remote-serv... where Wei answered: "The HTTP sharing is a known issue on our side and we are researching for a fix." I've made a quick test with CloudSafe and each time I was tried to open DWG from the server I got "read-only" access from AutoCAD. At the same time I was able to open and edit DWG file in CorelCAD for Mac.

It seems I have found the solution for working with DWG files from WebDAV server in AutoCAD for Mac.
I tested WebDAV folder connected to my Mac with ForkLift application and everything works fine - I was able to open DWG and save it back from WebDAV folder connected via ForkLift.
