Hi,
I am unable to modify print prefferences due to the "Edit Page Setup" box failing to appear. The app runs as if the dialog is present (can't edit and menu bar is greyed out, but the box is nowhere to be found.
- Edit Page Set-up...: The print dialog shows up, but when I select the "Edit Page Setup..." button the app runs in a mode as if the box is there but it can't be seen. Hitting escape brings me back to the original print dialog box.
Things I've explored with no succes:
- checked all spaces
- hidden or closed all other windows
- permission repair
- tried on multiple dwg files
- Clean Screen mode
- hide all pallettes
- rebooting
-reinstalling Autocad
HELP!
Any thoughts?
Thank you in Advance,
Sidra

Hi,
Which AutoCAD do you have and which OS is running on your Mac?
Maxim
hi, I couldnt find the file "com.autodesk......" please help
So it sounds like I had a similar issue, and I suspect that it was because I had connected the laptop to a monitor which probably messed up the view window screen resolution
I recovered it by going into my System Preferences / Displays / and Scaled it to 1024 x 640, checked AutoCad if I could view the "Edit Page Setup" window, and then went back to System Preferences and switched the Display back to "Best for Display"
It seems to have worked for now...

You are totally right!!! You are a genious!!
I was wondering why yesterday it worked and today not!!
And that's it: something to do with the retina display...of course!! If you use Airplay, probably that is the problem!
Solved for me!!

Hi Angie,
All you need is to install all service packs for AutoCAD 2013.
You can use menu AutoCAD -> Check for updates
or download and install updates from here:
SP1 (just in case, because I think you already have it installed):
SP2:
SP3:
