Crashing daily, "reset application options" temporarily works

At least once a day I get a "autocad lt cannot continue"-type message while I'm working on a file.  It doesn't seem to matter which file.  My coworkers can open the files ok on their systems.

I read in another forum that using the "reset application options" can help with some types of repeat crashes, and, indeed, it does, but I'm having to do this at least once a day -- and consequently losing all of my preferences and saved file paths, etc.

Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Autocad LT 2012 for Mac

3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

4 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
