Clicks not recognized sometimes

I'm running AutoCAD 2013 on a Macbook Pro retina display.  Quite often AutoCAD doesn't recognize my mouse clicks.  This happens about 25% of the time and is driving me crazy.  Often it will be when I'm trying to select something, and I have to then zoom in or move around and try to select it again.  Sometimes the missed click will be after I enter a command, say 'MOVE' and select the object and then click for a starting point - the click for the starting point will be missed, causing me to botch the move command and have to start over.  I have reinstalled my AutoCAD once and it didn't help.

has anyone had this problem?

Hi,

Sometimes I have such problems, but only with TEXT (MTEXT) objects, have to say that I don't own Retina MacBook
