Hi ALPER,

It should work, because it is the same as officially released SP2:

AutoCAD 2013 for Mac (full and LT) SP2 is available for download

Could you provide more details?

You can not launch AutoCAD? Or you have some troubles when you work with it?

Maxim

There are no plans to update 2012 or lower to Mavericks. You are out of luck.

Hi there,

I have also downloaded the advised SP2 for LT (2013), because of mavericks, but when I start up it launches, opens my drawing or new page, however instanly freezes and I get the spinning wheel. I have waited for a few minutes to no avail. Please advise and thanks in advance.

Hi,

Have you tried to reinstall AutoCAD?
- remove it with "Remove AutoCAD LT 2013.app" (uncheck "Leave AC preferences" during removing)
- install it from original media (or DMG installer image)
- apply SP1 and then SP2, then try to start AutoCAD

No I haven't. But before I do, my LT is a download and do not have the DMG also, would I still be able to re-install it?

Where did you buy you AC LT?
You can ask you seller about the copy of installation image or installation
media. I'll also try to check is it still avaliable for downloading from
Autodesk.

I bought it off the Autodesk website, i'm in Austrailia. AC LT 2013 MAC. I wonder if I can just download again and type in my serial # and so forth? Or will that be seen as downloading to 'another' computer?

Thanks.

Yes, if you will find this old version installer (do this before you remove AutoCAD from your Mac!) you can install AutoCAD using your serial number on your Mac (the same where it was installed) without any troubles. According to the License agreement you can also install another copy of AC LT you purchased on second Mac using your serial.

I have just updated to Mavericks. I had no idea that there were issues with Autocad - Bad move. All seems to be working well until I need to plot. As soon I try to Edit page setip i get a blank pop up. I tried to install the service packs but am getting this response to the type _vernum command: "G.55.M.2" (read only)

What does this mean? I desperately need to get this sorted for work.

Please help!

Thank you

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

You have to install Service Packs (both) -
At first SP1 from here:
usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=20538755&linkID=15839491
Then, from here:
usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=22614738&linkID=15839491

I just upgraded to mavericks and I was running autocad lt 2013 on OSX 10.7 before. I updated through the app store but I am not sure if I have managed to install 2013.2. The version number says: "G.55.M.208" (read only). Can someone let me know if this is the most current version of autocad lt 2013.2 which will run on mavericks? Thank you for your help...

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
G.55.M.208 - is exactly what you need (AC LT 2013 with SP2)

Acad does run without the service packs. My main issue - so far is plotting - I cannot edit page setup - when i select that option I get a black dialog box. I cant set my print settings etc without accessing that. I also would like to set it to centre on page. Otherwise.. So far I can do everything else, but theres no point in working if I cant print or set pdf Exports properly.

Has anyopne else had this problem? Im clearly missing a step as everyone else seems to have no problems installing the service pack.

Could you describe your steps:
- Installed AutoCAD from original installation DMG,
- then installed SP1 (how did you download it? from AutoCAD notification center or from Autodesk site? Did you get confirmation about successful installation of SP1?
- then installed SP2 (the same questions as about SP1)....

Or maybe you have AC 2013 from MAS?

Ive just realised your links are for Acad 2013... not Acad lt 2013.. I am downloading the service pack 1 for Acad lt 2013 - mac. There doesnt seem to be a service pack 2. Is this all I need?
