AutoCAD for Mac installation issues

Hi,

I just downloaded AutoCAD 2013 for mac and it wont allow me to start installation because it says I need to uninstall another AutoCAD file.  Earlier that moring I tried download free trials until I found this one.  I thought I removed all other unwanted AutoCAD files, but I keep getting this message.  What am I doing wrong, how do I know I removed all other AutoCAD downloads.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,

What installation image do you use?

If you are on Mountain Lion, you have to use /AutoCAD_2013_English_Mac_OSX_R1.dmg

Try to download it from here:

and here is direct link:

I dont understand your question.  I downloaded AutoCAD 2013 for mac it just wont install because it detects a AutoCAD file already.  I do not see an extra copy.  How do I find all of the AutoCAD on my mac to see it I can remove what it preventing installation?  I do not think downloading another copy is going to fix my problem.

No, I mean the name of DMG file you have mounted before you start installation.

You can not install AutoCAD 2013 on Mac OS 10.5.8, minimum System requirements is 10.6.8 or better - 10.7.3
