AutoCAD 2014 Installation to OSX 10.9 Maverick

Hi all, I have a user attempting to install AutoCAD 2014 natively to his new Maverick OS.

When installing, he inputs the SN and Product Key then goes to the install page to start the install. It fails with no errors popping up.

Where is the installtion log on a Mac OS anyhow?

Hi David,

I'm not sure about installation log, but you can launch Console.aop before starting installation and look for messages in it. This may shed light on the problem.

My guy got back to me this morning and told me it took three cold boots to clear the Mac OS's throat before it would install the product.

Go figure, and thanks for the tip.
