hi, the short icon for formwork (asd) for beams , column and footing does not working while the other icon working

I would like to explain my problem further
clicking on the beam or Column icons in ASD doesn't bring the dialog box but instead it gives me
"rbct_xcmacro Macro name: DReinfBeam Macro context: ASDFormwork"
please note that on my desktop computer the macro icons work perfectly
both computers are running windows XP 32bit SP2
any help is highly appreciated
