Where can I find the 'what's new' list for ASD2013?

My first view on ASD2013 tells me that it seems there is nothing new.

So what are the improvements for the Reinforcement part and for the Steel part?

The icon has changed! and the program feels more stable.. for now at least..

not model documentation... got left out again and is a main selling feature of vanilla 2013...

it seems like manual weld lines now displaying correctly in drawings..

Another big advantage in using 2013 is that previously you were able to have certain items on the clipboard on layer 0 and paste them into views in Edition layout. Arrows to show where sections are taken etc. But now you can't and this is a big advantage because it now takes much longer. This is good because it makes you feel like you have done a good day's work when if fact you haven't.
