C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\2013\Data\Mate
There are all catalogs, and is posible to create copy of anyone and change the name. It's important that the name started with RMAT.
In each xml file there are little manual in diferent lenguage with description how to create new material in catalog.
