AutoCAD Structural Detailing

I have customized a toolbar for Structural Detailing 2013 and have tried to turn off or remove the toolbars

that I don't use.  I have also turned off the tool palette.  Each time I start SD2013 from scratch, my toolbar

as well as the unwanted toolbars and tool palette come back.  How do I prevent this from happening over

and over?

have you tried: WORKSPACE SETTINGS → WHEN SWITHCING WORKSPACES → then choose your desired option
