Quick properties Customisation error

Hello

 

I have attached a screen dump of the error I get every time I try to customise quick properties.

 

I have tried everything from resetting my autocad account, to uninstalling and reinstalling latest versions of Microsoft.net frameworks and microsoft visual c++. Nothing has worked.

 

Please can somebody help.
