PIPES- FLANGES- BOLTS OUT OF STEP

Hi, 

Trying to use Pipes-Flanges connection with DIN pipe size appears the bolts out of step.

I have tried too the Pipes-anchored, and doesn`t appear the holes at the part.

Is there any limitation with this command?

Please help.

Could you please try to check if you defined the Radius value correctly (not Diameter)?
