Forgot about the second part of your question, here's a post I wrote in another thread, if you need more, just let me know!
to add a detail view, you have to first create the "document" with the detial view available. Let say that you took your model and did a group on it, now to create the documents with the group, you right click, attach document. Those views listed, none of them have a "detail" view out of the box.
First, click on the Templates layout tab at the bottom of the screen
From the inspector, goto the Templates Tab and find Group - top view (or side view etc), double click it to make it active (yellow) and then expand it out. Inside there you will see Top view only (for example) and the drawing screen will update to show a single viewport
Right click on the Group -top view, and click add view
From the dialog, select Cross-Section/Details view., give it a name, then click OK. This will add a new viewport, ready for you to position, to the template. Add as many as you need. Word to the wise, try not to overlap them. Resize them as needed.
Once you have all your view in place, go back to the Edition layout, and add a new document using your new template (Group - Top View) and you'll notice that the original still populates, but now you have open slots to do the other views.
