AutoCAD Structural Detailing

ASD - Steel, 2013

Hey guys, I'm running into this error and I need some help please!

It pops up when I try to make a new database for a User Part:

    User parts > User parts database > Create database > enter info and hit OK > ASD throws error and crashes

I made sure to send a report after it happened twice, but I won't hold my breath on that

So, could anyone else try the same process to see if they get an error, and maybe give some advice?
