Hi All,

Nobody knows This error ?  It Happens trying to send back from ASD to RSA  a very simple model of structure.

Can you attach your ASD model?

Is it possible to send automatic CER report after this error message?

Hi Pawel

I send you the file with the error we're talking about. Is not the model image of the post because in the meantime I tried to reinstall from scratch Detailing. New installation .... but same error. Attached you will find the model and the the dump files. I have sent also several automatic error reports.

Hi Gabriele,

I was not able to reproduce the effects you observe but analysis of CER data from you suggests that the problem occurrs when ASD 2012 is trying to connect to Robot.

If you have several version of Robot installed (including 2013 Beta?) it may result in problems to connect to the "correct" one.

In case of ASD 2012 it should be RSA 2012.

I recommend un-registering other versions and registering RSA 2012.

Hi Pawel,

In my notebook is installed, in this moment, only the 2012 version of RSA and ASD. IN the past version  2011 was installed. I have noticed that duoble clicking on a RTD file don't open the file bt Robot remains in the intial window. (se video). Probably this strange behaviour is the reason of the previous error.

Do you Know if there is nothing I can do ?

I have tested the same procedure on other computer an the result is always the same. Something related to the Italian version ?

I did some tests. It seems that the error occurs when you try to import a column base connection to the foundation.

Hi Gabriele,

I was able to reproduce this effect when importing Robot model into ASD Steel if "Supports->Footings" are activated in transfer options. It will be investigated.
