Dimensioning detail of stiffner from an assembly drawing

As attached screen shot dimensioning of an assembly part whereby the dimensioning of the stiffner with respect to each other is not given - What abt the dimension format that has to be used in order to achive ?

Have you use the deafult dimensioning style or it was modified?
