When saving a connection as a template, what do the N, Q and M fields stand for?
Hello all,
I've been using ASD Steel for 2 years now. In our office we are using those N, Q and M as N-axial force, Q-shear force and M-bending moment. As far as i know the program doesn't do calculations of the connection, but it helps knowing on what forces was the connection designed.
I hope this was helpfull.
PS: excuse my english if there was something wrong.
Best regards,
Marius.
