Beam and column AutoPosition

I s there a way of Identifying Beams and column by their GridLine Position?

say I have Grid line A. B, C, D on X-axis

 and 1, 2, 3, 4 on Y-Axis.

I want that these beams/ Column be Marked on Sub aseembly, is there a Variable? Var_GridMaking

Var_Elevation for Beams position aand Elevasion

If we dont, Suc VarialBles Put it on Whis Lists:""
