AutoCAD Structural Detailing

I'm trying to install ASD 2013 but i'm getting an Error 1712 all the time and the installation stops.

Here are the few last entries of the log file. You can find attached the whole log file.

Also, the installation window says "Installation Complete" which is definitely is not. The program is not installed.

You cannot install some AutoCAD verticals side-by-side when you have one of the listed products installed, and have this Service Pack applied already.

You will need to uninstall this Service Pack first, before the other listed products can be installed.

Firstly, you must uninstall all things related to ASD. After that, you change time system of your computer is 01/01/2012. Finally, you install ASD.

One more solution, you can down autodesk 3D plant suite included ASD and install it.

This is not the problem with activation but installation at all.

Please do not stir the topic.

Sorry but I'm somehow confused. What you mean by saying "service pack"? Service Pack of the current program (ASD)?

ASD is not installed at all in my computer, I checked the Autodesk folders. Is it easy to provide step-by-step instructions?

First of all, please check if any other AutoCAD...2013 is installed on this machine.

If yes, please check on Control Panel > Programs and Features >View installed updates if any SP was applied.

If yes, please choose Uninstall under RMB on its selection.

You must be sure that none of any AutoCAD's 2013 SP is installed if you want to run installation succesfully just after.

I have AutoCAD 2013 Trial and Revit 2013 Trial installed. And in the update list of "Programs and Features" doesn't show any updates from Autodesk. Is it possible to check from the program itslef if any SP are installed?

In the Product Version of AutoCAD says: Product Version: G.114.0.0  I don't know if that helps.

It seems wrong.

Please uninstal AutoCAD maybe and try to run ASD installation.

Just hard try.

I deleted SP1 from 2013 and installation is now working.
