ASD 2013 Object Enabler

I cannot find the Object Enabler for ASD 2013.  Can someone supply a link please.  If someone is in the know, with the OE will I then be able to open a ASD2013 drawing with model space object and layout tabs showing the same as if I had opened with ASD?  Just making sure.
