2013 Structural Detailing since installing cannot open object inspector

When opening structural detailing cannot get the object inspector to open. Why not, suggestions welcome please.

In Ribbon, Tools->Upper right corner, there is a list with a light bulb. Click it:

Hello Christian, Thank you for your help, I have learnt. I did not get the result expected and decided to pull the edge of the screen and managed to stretch the object inspector. So your guidance opened the inspector and I managed to stretch it. All ok now. Regards, Bill
