Could someone suggest me a good and, possibly, freeware software or autocad
plug-in that can rectify photos (such as front of buildings,....) using some
control points taken from a dxf/dwg ?

you could use RDF
http://circe.iuav.it/circe/lab_fot/software/soft_2
it's freeware, italian and you can work either in analytic mode and in
geometric mode.
