I am trying to run OCR using Raster Design 2013, and everytime I do it says "The program can't start because regexp.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I tried reinstalling... it didn't work. Any solutions?

not 100% sure but I don't think this has anything to do with RD.

Am facing the same issue quite a few days , tried reinstalling but doudn't fix. Do you got any solutions?
