Hi,
I am a very new user to AutoCad and Raster design. I have Map 3D 2010 and Raster Design 2010 and have been asked to vectorize some bathymetry lines. I have been experimenting with the Polyline and Contour follower and can get the lines to vectorize. The problem, however, is that they are very jagged. A curved section has very few nodes/vertices used to define it so instead of a smooth curve I am getting a jagged curve.
Is there a way to increase the smoothness of a vectorized line? Can I increase the frequency that Raster Design uses to vectorize a line?
Thanks in advance,
Charlie.
