    Can't install the trial version

    I was downloading the trial version of Raster Design when my computer went into 'blue screen of death'. It was almost at the end of the install when this happened. I tried to go back in and reinstall it, but I keep getting a message that reads "Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation." I have tried and retried reinstalling. I have restarted the computer, I have (to my knowledge) taken out whatever files were installed. I don't know what else to do, and we really would like to try this software out as we are considering purchasing it.

    Hi,

    The download is a WinRAR self-extracting archive. Clicking the Install button extracts it to the c:\Autodesk folder. Try deleting the AutoCAD Raster Design folder from this location then re-extract.

    When do you get the error message you describe? Is it when you extract the re-downloaded archive or is it when the AutoCAD Raster Design installer is running?
