AutoCAD Raster Design

I just downgraded the licence from 2013 to 2011 and I'm in need of a download link for Raster Design 2011 x32. How can I go about accessing this download? My subscription center only shows subscriptions for AutoCAD Maps 3D and there I can download different versions but Raster is not listed; how can I add it to the list?

is raster design on subscription?

if not you need to buy it

We have a subscription. Sorry for not updating the status, we managed to submit a ticket to autodesk and they gave us the download link.
