Hi,
Do you still get the Exception in AcIsmUi.arx if you first start from the
main products icon, THEN initialize Raster Design 2007 by typing one of its
commands or using one of its menu features? IE, don't use the Raster
Design desktop icon.
Does this only happen on a machine that has more than ONE AutoCAD 2007
product? So, for example, does anyone see this crash who ONLY has LDT
2007, or only has Civil3D 2007 installed?
Are all of the Autocad 2007 based products installed fully up-to-date?
Usually if you install a service pack on one, you need to install the
equivalent service pack for the others installed. (Raster doesn't have sp1
yet, but all the other products you list do).
Does it happen EVERY time you exit? So, for example, can you startup
raster design, then close it without doing anything and still have it crash?
Does it only happen if you use Insert > Raster Image (vanilla autocad image
insert) OR does it only happen if you use IMAGE > Insert during the session?
Do you have any other 3rd party programs installed on top of any of your
AutoCAD products?
At any rate, with acad, a crash on exit is so common (and harmless) that one
could almost consider it a "feature". 🙂

I have a user that receives the error:
Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation Writing 0x0000) at address
62240003h
This occurs each time they exit an AutoDesk 2007 product that was launched
by using the Raster Design desktop icon.
This happens on Civil 3D 2007, Land Desktop 2007, and Map 3D 2007 ?
Any ideas ?
I have tried to repair the installation and have also uninstalled and
reinstall Raster Design.
