Raster design 2014 - cannot find DLL

I've just installed this, and found that none of the tools in the  Raster Tools tab work. All fail with a missind DLL (or other file that is needed) error.

The image in the attached screensot has been inserted as a reference, with ATTACH.

OS: Windows 7-64

Any ideeas?

Did you migrate settings from an earlier install? I searched some more and found a post from a few years ago where someone changed back to the vanilla user profile and it worked. I just did the same and can confirm success. l Let me know if it works for you.

No migration here. Setting Vanilla current did not work.

I've looked in the loaded apps list and  aeciibui57.arx  was not loaded. When I tried to loaded manually it failed.

(screenshot attached)

I guess it's time to log a support request for this.

Thanks benh

Hi,

I had a similar problem if you try and add the two raster paths to support files (Shown on the attached file) you may find that solves your problem.

Spent many minutes/hours trying to get vanilla AutoCAD to load Raster on demand with no solution. I remember this happening with past versions as well. This is the first time I've found a solution that WORKED!

Thank you so much for the help.
