Missing dll

When trying to run Raster Design, I get the following error message:
"This application has failed to start because acdb17.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".

But a reinstall did not fix this problem.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

thanks, but that's not the fix, I don't think.
First, its for 2009 products. I'm using 2010.
Secondly, it refers to replacing the acdb17.dll. I do not have one to replace.
Nor is there one on other installations on machines in this office.

update. I removed raster design from the machine, and reinstalled it.
This time I'm getting a message about a different dll missing. ac1st.dll

AutoCAD & Raster Design 2010

You may have migrated the previous version settings when opening AutoCAD 2010 for the first time. If you did, then AutoCAD is looking for 2008 or 2009 acdb17.dll file; AutoCAD 2010 filename is acdb18.dll.

To correct this problem:
1. Change your current AutoCAD profile to Unnamed or Initial Setup Profile under options => Profiles tab. If that doesn't work, then you may also need to use someone else profile who didn't accept the previous version settings.

2. Close AutoCAD

3. Open Raster Design 2010

AutoCAD Raster design 2010 may be finding resources from AutoCAD or Raster Design 2007, 2008, or 2009. This Technical Solution was written for the majority of side-by-side users with 2009 and 2010 installed. These instructions can also be translated for 2007 and 2008. The goal is to get the Program Files\<Raster Design> paths out of the Windows PATH statement and in to the host AutoCAD's Support Files Search Path.
