Another issue with RD 2011 and points

Anyone that is runing Civil3D 2011 with Raster Design please verify this.

Open Civil 3D (without Raster) and make sure that you have the home tab selected. If you open C3D with the Raster Tools tab current switch to the home tab, close C3D and re-open.

Now open any drawing with a fairly large amount of points. There are some in the tutorials folder, points-2.dwg is a good example. Move your cursor over the points and notice there is no hesitation of the cursor as you move across the point labels.

Now select the raster Tools tab and move your cursor over the point labels again. Notice any hesitation? On some drawing I have I get a 10 second cursor freeze any time I cross over a point or label.
