Accessing info on my old Support Requests

I am having an issue with installing Raster Design 2011 onto a Win7-64bit system; it will not install.  I had the same problem at my previous employer where I had access to Autodesk support thru subscription.  I have recently moved to another employer and no longer have this access.  I am sure I worked with an Autodesk tech to resolve the issue but I do not remember what the fix was.

 

Is there anyway someone from Autodesk might be able to look the solution up for me?  The fix is not listed in the knowledge base. And I'm pretty sure it's the same problem.
