Is anybody know how to delete duplicate text. (Text on top of text after
inserted the same DWG 2 times!!)

I use AutoCAD map 2000 which allows me to delete duplicate objects.
Unfortunately this doesn't help you if you don't use AutoCAD Map. Maybe
someone will advice on an existing lisp routine.

A rigorous delete duplicates was introduced in ToolPac 5.0. My records
show your organization using 4.0. Perhaps you may want to consider the
low cost upgrade.

try DUPREM.LSP from www.spaug.org

if text is overlap each of other then type the command overkill  command .it will remove the duplicate text from dwg.
