Hello to all ACAD users,
R12 DOS crashed, and now it won't start, but display the following error
message:
R12 DOS - **ERROR** No display driver is installed at interrupt vector 07A
**
Please correct display adapter/configuration inconsistency.
FATAL ERROR: Can't start display driver.
Does anyone know if this is a "configuration" problem or display adapter
needs to be replaced? Thank you all.

Hello,
From the readme.doc info I was able to re-configure ACAD -r, changing
display adapter ADI to Vesa VGA; and its working. Thanks

can you tell me "exactly " how you fixed that at the DOS command line?

Execute the autocad bat file with the -r switch. You'll then be in configuration.
