No toolbars

I recently moved the Autocad files and startup menu into a new folder. When I open it, there are no toolbars displayed, the command line says to press ENTER to continue. I then type TOOLBAR into the command line to try and get to the toolbar box, but it comes up with "toolbars cannot be customized without loading at least one menu". I don't know what that means

The Toolbars are referenced as part of the Acad menu so if you move the
"Autocad files and startup menu" AutoCAD can't find it any more.
See what happens if you move them back to their original location.
