Paste Special - AutoCAD Entities

Hi, here's my problem. That's an excel 2007 sheet i pasted on an autocad file using the autoCAD 2007

and here is the same sheet pasted the same way with auto cad 2009 - 2013 (this one was me testing on the 2013 exactly)

As you can see, it's a complete mess. Why does is happen ? How can i fix it so i can finally remove this autoCAD 2007 from my computer

since version 2008, AutoCAD has a new entity (table).
there is nothing to fix, with your AutoCAD.
what needs to happen is you find out about the formatting of the table styles.
