2nd select with the mouse the expasion joint inserted,  click right mouse button and  Assing tag is  in gray which I can not put it I can only put it annotation

Hi,

By default the Expansion Joint symbol is not a tagged component.

To change this you need to open the Project Setup and edit the symbol:
