I have a post in the navisworks forum, but am not getting a response

has anyone had issues applying service packs for navis manage 2012 as part of the ultimate suite?

when i try to apply the navis  manage 2012 service pack, the installer tells me i dont have any navisworks applications loaded

Hi Richard,

When I was at your site earlier this year I had the same issue on Nicks PC. You have to remove Navisworks, any service packs, and reinstall. I think it has something to do with your stringent security settings on the PC's.

hmm that rings a bell...something to do with the deployment image and group policies / rights

Ill reinstall when i get a chance...cheers
