for the food industry we use multiport valves. It is possible to rotate the ports of the valve in every direction. For example when I have a valve with two ports I want to place a valve and set the right angle. the top port is placed at 90 degr. and the bottom port at 45 degr. 

Is it possible to make one part where I can rotate the ports? 

I know Bentley Autoplant can do this since 2004.

Plant3d does not have the option to custom model the valve with 2 ports in xy direction and 3rd port in zdirection. I have already requested this option to Autodesk.
