As the title saying, When I download the Content Packs, the speed is only 1-10k/s, I remenbered it did not like this several months ago, what is the problem?
And when I surf online by some kind of VPN(GAE), it can not sign in online, even can not regist a new account.
Anyone here from china meet this kind of problem, especially the first one.
