I have a user who is trying to use the PlantPartConvert command in Plant 3D and it is not working properly just in 1 drawing. It works properly in his other drawings but in this one when he tries to Add a connection port is goes all crazy and his origin is off the map, not allowing him to pick the direction of the port. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue.
What I did was make sure the part being converted is near 0,0,0 and the orientation of the drawing was at the default ( nav cube at default position )
An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you know and what you don't.

found out that the coords need to be set at WORLD when doing the command.
